PUTTING THINGS IN THE PROPER

PERSPECTIVE

A PRACTICAL JOKE

I had been to trivandrum on 11 oct 2010. I was to meet a real estate agent to clinch a deal I believed was agreed on after running round a lot all over trivandrum.  But once I decided that I was going to proceed further on the matter the fellow backed out and the deal was off. It was all a practical joke. The agent has been manipulated by the gestapi – aa payyane nangal paranju manassilakkiyittundu.

Not only that, the payyan's  brief for the day was that I should be kept in trivandrum till the evening – most likely to facilitate a “security check” in side my house during that time. I have indeed catered to such an eventuality and before I left for the railway station had arranged a present to the charans in the form of a few mls of fluid in a couple of rubber sacs  hanging from a hook on the bed room door – the usual poster sticking was skipped this time - by  gaad, the “intelligentsia” were terribly offended when they came across the posters. The whole day I was being dragged around on the pretext of showing me one land or the other. I was in the remote interiors of trivandrum and had hitched a ride on the pillion of the agent's motor bike and there was no way I could have come back on my own.

I was not surprised for this was what was expected. The only purchase that the gestapi has on me  is the fact that I am living in a rented house – that the gestapi can evict me from my  rented house by putting pressure on the house owner.  the moment I  build a house of my own that advantage will be finished. So every effort will be on to torpedo my  efforts in this direction.

I was aware of this fact from the very beginning and that was why when a person told me on his own that he will help me build a house I jumped at the chance for there was nothing like having some one who could stand up on your side as well.  And this person is experienced in this sort of things; he had built at least three houses for himself and knew the ins and outs  and that was the only thing I was interested in. and i decided to shift to the place he suggested – it was a calculated risk I had decided to take.

ANOTHER OF THE STRATEGIES
I have been sitting at home and had no regular income  since 2005. it is not that my working days are finished or so but because of  the fact at the moment there is no way I can find alternative employment.  So I have been reduced to 6500 rupees per month.

I am not interested in a lavish life style  I still use my clothes stitched in alleppey way back in 1992 – 93  ( that is thanks to the fact they have never been to the washerman's; also I am very fond of those clothes all stitched in alleppey and never wanted to shed them) but even then one cannot survive on 6500.
Out of the 6500 I pay 4000 as rent; after I shifted over to aluva the telecom has one way or other ensured that my bill comes to around thousand  in tvm I never paid anything more than the Rs400/- and there is no way of checking over here for none of the facilities like the automatic meter reading and all never function and it is very much possible that many of the free services are being metered. Then there is electricity and there my use is a bit on the higher side what with all sorts of home appliances upon which I am heavily dependent and that comes to another five hundred per month.

I am still able to survive because I have some money stacked away and in spite of the embargo I am able to hang on and do not have to beg.

So every effort is on to deprive me of whatever little amount I have in my reserve funds by hook or crook. Everybody is  welcome to help themselves – no questions will be asked. My property is being destroyed wantonly and all I can do is watch helplessly.

Vehicles and all are lying outside in the open. even otherwise when I am not there,  there are going to be break-ins ( as part of the “security” duty ) and anything  that can be concealed on their  person is likely to be pinched.

THE PROPER PERSPECTIVE
The ultimate aim is to reduce me into a homeless pauper and you would see that whatever happened  in aluva once I moved into this place is in congruence with this sort of a strategy.
