NOTICE
this
is regarding the construction carried out by your company ( ? your
project no.RP/PC-194/2011 ) on my plot at valiyavilla, venkode P.O.
PIN – 695028 till date.
(a
) I find that the basement part of the house constructed by you is
flawed.
(b)
there is no way I can accept the structure as it is.
(c)
the least I would want you to do is that you demolish the basement
and foundation for the rear wall, the one on the eastern side, and
rebuild that part from scratch, leaving an exact 2 meters (two meters
only) of free space in the rear of the house, as is clearly shown in
the building plan, at your expense.
(d)
Then I will accept the structure - as a consideration to a xxxxxx
xxxxx establishment.
(e)
and I want you to start the work immediately.
if
no positive response on this matter is forthcoming from you within
fifteen days of the receipt of this notice I will consider myself
free to initiate legal action.

reference to your letter no. nil dated 07.06.2012 I wish to inform
you as follows:
- I AM INTERESTED in proceeding further with the proposed building construction.
- It is hereby requested of you to provide me a certified copy ( or original if you can spare it ) of the communication received from the secretary of the karakulam panchayath in response to your request for revised sanction / approval of the corrections carried out in the plan of the proposed building as mentioned in your above letter.
The
matter may be treated as most urgent; I would expect the above
document to reach me within ten days from the receipt of this letter.
