thiruvananthapuram where in I am the complainant.
This
is in the context of the opposite party (The joint director,
COSTFORD, Thiruvananthapuram – 695015)”s counsel mentioning in
the honble forum on may 14, 2013 of wanting to file a second
affidavit on the matter of the above complaint over and above the
reply already filed by them.
Your
kind attention is invited to the consumer protection regulations 2005
in this regard. Regulation no. 10. (6) there in states as follows:
“after
the opposite party or respondent has put in appearance no application
or document shall be received by the registrar unless it bears an
endorsement that a copy there of has been served upon the other
side.”
