" chappar faadke "

there is a bit of duplication over here - you find
an almost identical page on sitrep.
sorry about that

it is a long time since i made an entry over here; i am getting deviated otherwise due to reasons i have explained later on on this page. even this one is going to be a short shrift - a very small graphic account of what is going on here in valayil right at the momen.

From jyothi valayil

the above is a picture of the room adjacent to the kitchen. you can see the cobwebs if you look carefully - i am a dirty old man and i do not keep the house clean. do you feel like telling me " veetu vrithiyakku".even without looking carefully there is something else you can see very clearly and i have added a close up as well later in case you have a problem seeing it !

and below is the close up:

THE RUBBLE

how come? did i dump it there? No. then how did it come up there. the next picture will give the answer.

From jyothi valayil

there is a saying in north india - chappar faadke deta hai; chappar is the roof and the meaning i think is that when the gods are pleased with you, rather than taking the trouble of bringing in the fortunes through the front door, they just crack open the roof and showers it all in straight.

what you see in the third and last picture is a shot of the roof of the house above the place where the rubble is. the roof is cracking and part of it has collapsed and that is what you find below in the first picture. you can see the water seeping in and next time it rains i wont have a problem of water shortage in the kitchen.

so i am in for luck - the gods have opened the roof; lucky they did not rain the diamonds on my head and injure me.

this is a real life description of the state of affairs over here; i have to get out of this place at the earliest one way or the other. and my current priority is not blogging but getting a place of my own to stay - rest everything is secondary.
